Shipping and Return Policies

All orders placed are shipped with-in 1 to 3 days.
Long term food may be delayed from 3 to 10 days due to high demand.

Please note that events outside of our control can occasionally delay shipping times. This can be the result of:

• A holiday rush, especially around Thanksgiving, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas
• National crises such as economic downturns, political unrest, supply chain breaks, etc.
• Regional disasters like hurricanes, snowstorms, earthquakes, and wildfires that drive up demand even as they obstruct regular delivery service.

Local delivery: No Local Delivery offered. 

SHIPPING RATES FOR THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

When you shop with Tactical Sporting you get great low prices, a satisfaction guarantee, and low shipping rates.

Rates:
1. Orders $29 and below is based on the weight and measurement of item
2. Orders over $30 free shipping with-in 48 contiguous United States.
3. Free Freight with-in shipping with-in 48 contiguous United States.

SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES FOR ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND APOs

Shipping rates are determined by package weight.

Deliveries are made through USPS, UPS, FedEx. Standard shipping times are between three to four weeks under normal circumstances.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We do not offer Flat Rate Shipping. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [118 West Main Street, Baltic CT 06330]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only for pick-up   Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES FOR CANADA

Shipping rates are determined by package weight and custom USPS, UPS, FedEx rates. Standard shipping times to Canada are between two to three weeks under normal circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Tactical Sporting does ship internationally.
All international purchases, please contact sales@tacticalsporting to confirm before purchasing on our website.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tactical Sporting is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:  
We do ship to P.O Boxes, please specify correct address in shipping when placing your order.

Returns

Any unopened, unused items sold on Tacticalsporting.com can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund:

• 30 days or fewer must have passed since the original purchase
• The customer must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase
• Items must be shipped back in their original packaging and in good condition
• Customer must pay for costs of shipping (not refundable). Shipping costs may be deducted from return credit.

Do not ship returned items to the product manufacturer unless specified by Tactical Sporting

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@tacticalsporting.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
