**Refund Policy**
All items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item(s), you may return them in their original packaging for a refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it for an exchange.
To initiate a return, you must contact us to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) or Reference Number. Please note that no returns will be accepted without this number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Return Shipping Costs**
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will reimburse you for the shipping fees, provided the costs are reasonable. We inspect all merchandise to ensure it is in proper working order before shipping.
Please do not return any orders to the manufacturer unless specified by Tactical Sporting.
**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the item you want.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
